The hotel's location is perfect, being in a central area near the tube and close to tourist places like the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Haya Sophia. It is also conveniently located near the metro station as well as the tramway, making transportation easy. On the third day, I enjoyed sightseeing without any hassle.
The breakfast became repetitive and monotonous, with the same options offered every day.

Conveniently located near attractions and shops. Exceptional customer service from Yusuf, Halil, and the receptionist with blonde hair. Highly recommend for visitors seeking a central location and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and served daily. Would happily return for another visit.

We arrived late at night and were really surprised to find that our room was ready and waiting for us. The check-in process was quick and efficient, great to settle in and get a good night's sleep. The room itself wasnice and neat, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of items, we started our day off right.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the metro station and all the main attractions in the Old City. It's also very close to all the attractions and is in a great location. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the breakfast provided was healthy and delicious.

Great location near public transportation and popular sights. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options.
The rooms were not up to standard and had a strange smell. The hotel had some maintenance issues, such as broken windows and kettle.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect as it is in the heart of a shopping hub and close to major tourist attractions which are only a 20-30 minute walk away. The service we received was top-notch and their amenities were amazing, including room service, car hire, shuttle service, laundry and more. We especially enjoyed the garden furniture in the rooms which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The spa center was also a great way to relax and have some time to ourselves, with a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, and massage services available.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.
